BLACK STONE CHERRY recently left many jaws on the floor during its recent support slot with U.S. million-sellers HINDER. They've also gathered plaudits a-go-go for their current eponymous debut album, which landed at No. 90 on The Billboard 200 album chart in July 2006, selling more than 10,000 copies in its first week of release.
Roadrunner Records recently uploaded video footage of BLACK STONE CHERRY performing acoustically and being interviewed at Pub Anchor in Stockholm, Sweden. Check it out at this location.
Even though the members of BLACK STONE CHERRY grew up together in the same small Kentucky town, drummer John Fred Young previously told Launch that the group is adjusting well to living and traveling on the road. "It's different, you know," he said. "It's different from just doing two or three dates and coming back home. And, you know, we grew up as brothers and definitely, you know, we thought we knew each other really well, and now we even know each other more. It's very different but it's fun, yeah."
